Paris Suite Services ‘s team manages all the services associated with the short term and seasonal rental, except generating booking and rental payment.
Our main activity consists in complete rehabilitation of furnished apartments, whether for check in, cleaning, linen or maintenance following the different stay of your clients.
We provide a la carte service, customized to each specific request and will be at your disposal to best deal with your needs.
The cleaning is organized the same day of your client’s departure. Due to the specificity of the short term rental, we provide cleaning services 7/7, 365 days/year. We can organize or move cleanings until the last minute. The price is never increased, except for the 1st of May. We also do spring cleanings or after long stays.
We rent linen and provide you with complete set of white and ironed linen and towels according to your needs. We also provide laundry service of owner’s linen. Delivery on time and address of your choice.
During each cleaning, a technician verifies all the equipment in your apartment. Our vehicles are itinerant workshops, equipped with all the tools and devices to immediately repair any malfunction (broken toilet seat, replacement or change of defective bulbs…) our interventions are registered as personal services with tax reduction of 50%. No surcharges on weekends and public holidays. Intervention request managed the same day, depending on the emergency.
We offer a multilingual service responsible for welcoming your tenants (organization of arrival, handling the keys, explaining household appliances, inventory) as well as “hotline” service to respond promptly to concerns that your tenants may encounter during their stay.
